INGREDIENTS
1.-5pzas. Banana leaves.
2.-1/2pc. Chiken breast
3.-125gr. Lard.
4.-250gr. Tortilla dough
5.-c/s. Tequesquite.
PROCEDURE.
1.-Cook with onion, garlic, salt and herbs chiken.
2.-Beat butter until ligh and fluffy.
3.-And the tortilla dough to butter and whisk constantly.
4.-Tequesquite andds a little salt dissolved in water and mass.
5.-Chek that the dough is ready in a glass of water.
6.-Place on banana leaf surface and make some tamale, then put a little black mole and finally add the shredded chicken breast.
7.-Cole and Cook tamales in a steamer.
This food consumption much at the beginning of the year that is when but why it is Easter and all that, I really like all kids of tamales but that I like and I prefer eating Oxacan tamales.
